Unfriendly staff, most of whom seem to have an attitude. The quality of the products is also disappointing. The towels started pilling, and the pillowcases and sheets faded significantly after only a few washes. The dark blue sheets I purchased have already faded to a medium gray. For the price, I expected much better quality and durability. It’s also disappointing from an environmental standpoint to sell products that deteriorate so quickly and need to be replaced, creating unnecessary waste. Overall, not worth the price.

I’ve been delaying getting a bed set from here and after my second set of linen sheets from Amazon ripping I finally decided to pull trigger on their July 4th sale. I was toying around with the website but couldn’t properly visualize the mix of colors I wanted so I headed to this store to try them out in person. Willow was so helpful in helping make my decision! Had a great experience in store and the layout was easy to navigate. Megan was super helpful and attentive. 10/10 will be back!
