Alison was great! Made everything nice and easy.
Came by to exchange some wedding gifts and Alison was so helpful! We ended up with an all season down duvet and we are very excited for our new upgrade. Great customer service!
Demi helped me the last time she was amazing and the nicest. I brought some of the softest towels I have ever felt which led me to come back and purchase satin sheets. I am in love with all things brooklinen!!
Quincy is spectacular! She is so kind and helpful and has such a passion for what she does. I wish every customer service experience could be as delightful as it was with her. The store's parking was great - I suggest getting there early as it gets quite busy in the area. The store is beautiful and merchandised wonderfully. Overall, 10 stars - mostly because of their associate Quincy! Highly recommend.
I went into a Brooklinen store for the first time today; having heard good things but never purchased or seen them. Allison was the BEST! She offered her help and it was much appreciated. She was so helpful every step of the way, and I left with a whole new sheet, duvet, and blanket set of my first Chicago winter! Thanks Allison and Brooklinen Chicago!
