I rented an office at Brookline Plaza from Mori Abari, and would not recommend him. The lease stated that I had independent internet and independent HVAC with tenant control. In reality, the HVAC system was shared with two other offices. When another office selected heating, cooling, or ventilation, my office was forced to be in the same mode, which meant I could not control the temperature in my own space.
