IF YOU EVER HAVE A LOST OR STOLEN CARD, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING YOU CAN DO WITH YOUR MONEY. YOUR ONLY OPTION IS TO GO IN TO THE BANK DIRECTLY. THERE IS NO HELP OR SERVICE AFTER 4PM. AUTOMATED OR OTHERWISE. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.
