My EXPERIENCES at this bank have been horrific to say the least. I have had multiple issues with activating my card on line. I have been to this branch on several occasions for assistance only to be told by staff that they couldn't help me, forcing me to have to go to the bank and physically do my business.
Great local banking chain with friendly staff. Not as many technological amenities as the larger companies, but better rates and perks.
