I was late once and they had my credit card and charged me. I went over and asked for another appointment or even a reduction on the fees, the lady was rude and said this was my second time when I don’t even remember my first missed appointment. Never go back agsin

Great place for rest and relaxation. Been going to BV Massage for 4 years now. Myself, spouse and child come monthly for different reasons. All Therapists are very talented. We highly recommend Dana snd Marnie! Thank you for the continued service ladies!
I had my massage done by Melissa. She was absolutely incredible. She knew exactly the right pressure to apply and also educated me on how some of the muscles work. I would highly recommend her.
Clean and super cozy location. Staff was friendly, welcoming and non judgemental. They were able to accommodate having my daughter with me and never felt once that it was an inconvenience. This is my first time here and Melissa was amazing. Friendly, caring to understand and address the issues you are dealing with. She checked at the right moments if the pressure of the massage was okay. My back feels relieved of all the tension I felt including relieving the tiredness of my arms.
