Today I had the pleasure of visiting the spa and meeting with Abby for my facial. I’ll admit, I’m always a little apprehensive going into facials because of my sensitive skin, but Abby completely put me at ease from the moment I sat down. She took the time to walk me through each step, explaining what she was doing and why, which really made me feel comfortable and confident in her care. I had the most amazing experience at Brooklin Village Spa! Kristy gave me the best facial I’ve ever had—she was so knowledgeable, gentle and really took the time to explain everything she was doing. My skin felt refreshed, glowing and so hydrated afterwards. I can’t wait to book my next treatment with Kristy—highly recommend her to anyone looking to treat themselves and their skin!
My daughter gifted me a head massage for Mother's Day as something new to try given that I always find getting my hair done extremely relaxing. I didn't purr during the service but I could have. It was so soothing. Nice aroma oils used, calming music and quiet conversation. The spa is very quiet and the staff were very polite and soft spoken to keep with the calmness of the spa - and I appreciated that. Beautifully decorated. Ample parking out back.
