The most disappointing thing about this home hardware is the fact that every other home hardware cant be as kind and offer such amazing service as them. Looks like I have to go only here anytime Im making a big purchase! They stand behind their products, will make things right if theres an issue, and always offer the best service Ive seen in any home hardware in my life. Being the kids too, theres a popcorn machine as well!
I just saw the review about the missing Fedex Box and same thing happen to me at this location. I called Fedex and just opened a fraud investigation on homehardware.
Needed help with some replacement screws. Found them and got the job done
