I loved living at Brooklane! I lived there for two years in a row, both times basement apartments. We had the managers get someone to spray for the spiders and so we never had any. Roommates were great, friendly atmosphere. I loved being close to campus, but tucked away a little bit. Brooklane has enough parking for all tenant so that was a plus! I especially loved all the storage we had.
I wouldnt recommend this apartment until they get NEW MANAGERS!! Whoever owns this place should take note and hire someone else.

I would not recommend Brooklane to anyone. When I moved in there were a lot of things broken/dinged up that needed fixing and the manager begrudgingly fixed them. The basement apartments are infested with hobo spiders! There is no real good way to get rid of them. The rent is higher than it should be. There are much nicer places for cheaper.
