Two gentlemen came to collect my car. Very polite and friendly, explained the procedure to me and what would happen to my car. Everyone i spoke to on the phone were friendly and could answer any of my questions. When my car, duly repaired, was returned the driver was polite and friendly. Would recommend the company to anyone who needed their car repaired.
I’m very happy with the work done to my car iam disabled driver so they came to me with a curtesy car and took my car away to be fixed, the people were very happy communicative informative and a total heads up to the guy who dropped car off he’s funny ,the communication through the app thing didn’t tell me any progress report just that it was being looked at but the Speedo type progress report thingie kinda did let me know maybe I was wanting a bit more in-depth what was going on report? Everybody was polite and professional. I was kept up to date with progress. My car was picked up and dropped off on time and work was completed on time.
Very happy with the service from L&I. Very professional when collecting and returning my car, good communication while it was in for repair too. I’d happily recommend them.
