Patti is wonderful. She is such a professional helping people with hearing loss and guiding them through the somewhat difficult of purchasing and adjusting to hearing aids. Patti is patient and so kind and really a delight to work with.

Over the years, I have purchased hearing aids from three different providers. Brooklands Audiology is by far the best experience I've had. Patty is extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and wonderful to work with. She demonstrated all the features of the hearing aids instead of just telling me about them.
