I am really angry and disappointed to hear that Brookland Medical Center is charging patients $40 fee just to access or transfer their own medical records. These are my personal health documents and I believe that patients should have the right to access them freely; especially when continuity of care is at stake. Charging for this feels like putting profit over patient wellbeing. The practice should reconsider this lame policy and prioritize transparency and patient rights.
First time walked in to this clinic and very impress with the front desk staff (Tin Tin Kyaw), Excellent and extraordinary customer service, she knows exactly how to communicate well with the patient. Also special thanks to Dr Ei Khine Lattt, you are Truly professional and love your attitude .. indeed.
