New townhomes on the water! Elevators, boatslips!
These condo's are in a terrible location. When we looked the fit and finish of the units are builder grade. They have almost no parking, just about enough for the residents. One one side is dilapidated homes and we were told they some additional building would eventually be done around the neighborhood? According to the realtor the town has a master plan to revitalize the area but that only includes units that face the main road.
