My husband and I have lived here for 6 months now and its wonderful. The mill is close but anywhere you stay will have noise from the road or people or something. Its a beautiful spot hidden up in the trees but a quick 15 min walk to the beach and a very short drive to town. Bathrooms are well kept with large hot showers anytime. Coin operated laundry facilities available cheaper than the one in town. Very pet friendly with everyone keeping their dogs leashed. Friendly people and great management.
Great location to explore the coast and the Redwood Forests!
Stayed in the yurt the design of the year. It was great. Their payment options are not adequate. They want you to bring a money order and do not take any credit cards. The staff was friendly enough however, some of the more permanent residence there are very questionable and territorial over the park itself.
Looks like a well maintained park. Pet friendly...on a lease of course.
