Now they as a company are owned by brighten homes, they will share your info with sales reps to try and get you to pay more for a house. Doesn’t matter if you approve them to or not they are going to share your info with unauthorized people. And they will do everything they can do to screw you. I have been trying to get copies of my documents for weeks. I have emailed and called several times. Only one person returned my call, but said they could not access my file and did not know if the Arizona location is even still operational
