No security check after pm shift. Lost call button short cord. Lost bed control short cord
Nothing remarkable about this place. Some staff were nice and caring others just did what they had to do. A complaint from multiple residents was the food was horrendous. Always cold, and inedible at times. The owners of Brookhaven HC should eat that food for a month and nothing else. See if that makes them bump up the budget for meals. Overall, it was a sad, depressing place. Not like other facilities I’ve visited.
I wouldn’t refer anybody to this hospital and I sure as hell wouldn’t go there again , even if I was dying! It is very dirty and cluttered. Most of the nursing staff is unpleasant. You hear a lot of patients yelling for help and being ignored or told to shut up and that is on the floor when they’re an inpatient and also in the emergency room I was there in both places and heard it and witnessed it.
