RecommendedUnfortunately we had a tire blow out today, on the very busy Route 1. Brookhart’s was the third tow company I attempted to reach. A very nice person answered, gathered my information and notified me that because I am a Jones for Lifetime customer, the service would be free. He sent a delightful gentleman to my rescue, within 30 minutes. Despite the dreadful heat, Brookhart’s had speedy service. I highly recommend them and won’t hesitate to call them first next time.
Stand by what you quote a tow. Don't upcharge once the car is towed.
Brian saved my day! After fighting with the dealer all day to find someone that could tow my car, they finally connected with Brookhart. Brian came out and got my car to the dealership for needed repairs quickly and easily. Thanks Brian!

Used to be a great company, but the girl Sharon they have running the office is HORRIBLE! She’s rude, and doesn’t care about customer service.... I’m sure they are losing TONS of customers because of her... suggestion to the owner... find a new front office staff because Sharon is costing you money!
SUPER SHOUT OUT TO JAMES @ BROOKHART! Our 7800 lb truck slid down a steep muddy hill with a 600 lb roundbale of hay in it. James arrived in less than 30 minutes (in the dark)with his 26,000 lb truck and boom, surveyed the situation and 2 hours and 275 feet of cable plus chains later our truck was back at the top of the property. For serious towing situations Brookhart is a name we & you can trust to get the dangerous jobs done! A multitude of thanks and blessings for superior service!!! <3
This is the review that we're leaving on every Fb RV page. Just a heads up-- If you ever need tow service in Maryland, DO NOT use Brookhart's Auto Transport and Towing. We had our RV towed and asked them to go slow. They took it down a rough road and when we got to the RV, one of the shocks was broken, the dowel in the closet had snapped in half, every drawer was opened.
