Had a thooth extraction, booked with the help of 111, and off the bat reception staff were rude. Although the dentist himself was lovely, the procedure was extremely painful, and its not supposed to be SO horrible.
What an amazing place needed emergency dental appt called at 8am offered an appt here at 10.45am receptionist was lovely saw the most amazing dentist and assistant tooth out pain free thank you
Thay don’t even deserves 1 star, very bad services. The receptionist needs some training to know how to behave with patient. 2 times I booked appointment over phone and once I go there they told no appointment was there ,I surprised! In my life the worst experience I had in this medical center. Very rude staff
