need to improve all aspects of their operation ls a as far as customer satisfaction. no updates on order placed. kept getting hold message when calling the customer service number. no answered e-mail. taking longer than the 7-10 business days and ive yet to receive my order.
have bought uniforms from this company for 29 years at the Post Office. refused to exchange a shirt brand new in the wrapper because it was purchased over a year ago. Guess I will find a new uniform company.
In 20 years of service with the Post Office, Brookfield has never let me down. Quality clothing and excellent customer service.
Their prices are ridiculously high. Online competition has them beat and I always get my stuff from the other companies ontime at a much cheaper price. 40 bucks vs 25 bucks for shirt jacs? Ridiculous.

If your going to advertise online that you are open and are not open. No sign on door of hours and no one answered phone or email. Poor customer service. Not impressed after driving an hour.
Just wanted to give a good review for this company. They met and even exceeded my expectations on the order and how quickly it shipped. The staff was very friendly and patient. I was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable nature of the shorts and pants I ordered. That is particularly why I wanted to write a review. Whereas, other pants and shorts I've ordered with various uniform companies have been a little tight around the waist and snug-fitting, these were a comfortable fit for everyday work use.
