Will not make changes 4 months prior to delivery. Model home contains multiple optional features that are not actually available, such as tray ceilings in the master bedroom, closet shelving and a divider wall in the finished basement. Features such as a garage door opener and steps to exit the porch are not included. They don't even provide an option for steps from the porch to the backyard.
I am not of the age of 55 yet, but they were well designed models for the TH Villas. Especially the Beaumont. Great design for 55+, and would work great for a family. The Versailles was a great design for a smaller 1 story home. I wasn't able to speak with sales about options, but overall a good location and great designs.
