Very bad quality of house and problem starts soon after warranty expires. I think their house is good for 1 year only. People should avoid buying houses made by Brookfield. Quality doesn’t matter to them. Once your warranty expires they simply tells you it’s expire how funny most of the coverage 1 year only.
