The showroom itself is impressive, but my experience with the representatives was DISAPPOINTING, and it feels like the community around the brand 'Orchard' hasn’t been fully developed yet. It suppose to be a community overwhelmed with beautiful landscape scenery and beautiful trees. I believe with stronger training and support for the sales team, the overall customer experience could improve significantly. This is the most important aspect.

I purchased a brand-new townhome ( Everly townhomes) from Brookfield Residential last year, and it’s been nothing but problems.
