The showroom itself is impressive, but my experience with the representatives was DISAPPOINTING, and it feels like the community around the brand 'Orchard' hasn’t been fully developed yet. It suppose to be a community overwhelmed with beautiful landscape scenery and beautiful trees. I believe with stronger training and support for the sales team, the overall customer experience could improve significantly. This is the most important aspect.
I really tried to avoid leaving this review, but after everything I’ve experienced, I feel people deserve to know the truth. I purchased a brand-new townhome ( Everly townhomes) from Brookfield Residential last year, and it’s been nothing but problems. From false advertisements at the start to multiple ongoing issues inside my home, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Very bad quality of house and problem starts soon after warranty expires. I think their house is good for 1 year only. People should avoid buying houses made by Brookfield. Quality doesn’t matter to them. Once your warranty expires they simply tells you it’s expire how funny most of the coverage 1 year only.
