Incredibly hard to get a hold of someone on the phone and when you go in person the office is closed for client meetings. Super frustrating. Edit: I was able to get a hold of someone and also the lady at Brookfield sales is very nice and thorough
My favourite part of these show homes is that the office is always closed during showtime hours every time I go. I love driving to Rockland Park in hopes of talking to a representative and constantly seeing a sign in the door that says they are in a client meeting. The hours are already quite limited, can you not meet outside those hours instead of closing out potential buyers? This is the third time this has happened. Homes built by monkeys, spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Brookfield homes are the only home builder In Calgary not using spray foam insulation as standard!! Horrible building practices! Homes are 700k or more and you don't even get proper insulation. Embarrassing
