Bought a brookfield, newly built townhouse in 2016. Roof started leaking about 7 months after purchase. Brookfield came out and supposedly fixed it. 3 years later, leak came back. Found out from 4 other roofing companies that Brookfield never fixed the leak, they just slapped on a ton of caulk. Took months of arguing back and forth, and filling a complaint against them for them to come out at fix it. 2 years after that SAME LEAK! Plus 3 other leaks on a roof less than 7 years old. Home repairs due to poor construction have been a substantial burden. Do not recommend for a builder.
Poorly built houses backed by even worse customer service. There is a reason they have so many 1 star reviews, don't ignore them.
Staff is professional and friendly. Aside from that I can not provide positive feedback for Brookfield. I feel like their subcontractors do not have the skill set and do not care about the build. A lot of sloppy work. Shower leaked from poor tile work (based on certified plumber) and caused subfloor damage and mold. We have had issues since the build.
