This company is the reason why the Grand Traverse Mall is in decay. Astronomically high rent and a lack of interest in the property itself.
If I had the ability, I would go back in time, do my research, and never rent through this company again. I have lived at a Brookfield Property for a year now. I can tell they could care less about their tenants or their properties. Since November of 2025, I reported complaints as did many other tenants that the building did not have hot water. Lived at one of their properties for four years, and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. at the end, they kept my security deposit for the stupidest reasons in the world. I do not recommend Brookfield properties to anyone. Stay away!!!!!!
