Service is their motto! In this day of answering machines and voice mail, Brookfield Plumbing answers the phone. They came out to my house when no one else would even answer the phone on a Saturday. My tank sprung a leak and they told me how to turn it off and showed up 45 minutes later. They were professional and even though it was a Saturday, they were reasonably priced. I have used them to snake out drains and install a new water heater. They are also estimating redoing the 80 year old pipes in my house.
Leaking Valves I had Washing Machine Valves that started leaking. I called 4 other Plumbers and got no response....the usual "we'll have a guy call you".....when I called Brookfield Plumbing, i got the same answer..."We'll have the guy call you"....figured, here we go. 10 minuts later the boss calls from his vacation, and had a guy (Bob) call me....Bob called, and was here in under 10 minutes.....now that's a way to run a company.....got there number down in my business book.....would, and will use them again. ~Rick F
