There are Flock Cameras or something similar capturing everyone going in and out now. The trees are rotting and extremely dangerous. They are so large if they fall. depending on the direction they will destroy several homes. You do not feel safe in your home even in the slightest of storms. For years, the park has refused to cut down a dead tree that has dead limbs falling off on my roof. The tree has grown under my trailer, blocking me from installing undetpinning. Which now, they want to fine me $50 because I don't have the underpinning installed. Got a notice 3 days ago and then again today. They tell me it will be March before they can have it cut down but they are going to fine me because they never follow through with their promises, but they sure can get those fine threats out with no problem.
