They were friendly and I was in and out.
I really think it makes their day when they can deny something. Just because my original birth certificate from 1959 doesn't have a file number on it, they denied it .
Negative 5 should be an option. The worst DMV office in the state of Missouri. I'm a small car dealer and every person that I've sold a vehicle to that goes to this DMV has had issues. Went to different DMV with documents that Brookfield had an issue with and everything was perfectly fine. This has happened multiple times. They are lazy and don't want to have to do their job. Make the trip to a different DMV you will thank me
I wish I could give them negative stars. I needed to get a driver's license replaced. The DMV website clearly says I can use a birth certificate or social security card as proof of identity. I went there with my social security card and the desk person decides that they only accept birth certificates. When I questioned her about it, her response was that she doesn't make the website, the state of Missouri does. I have a busy life. I don't have time for this kind of run around.
