An absolute hellhole. Don't waste your time. I've lived here since November 2018 and that's 7 years too long. I always pay my rent on time I bought a trailer here and pay lot rent. Before buying the place, I was promised repairs would be made. A few things were fixed, but most were done half assed or forgotten entirely. Edit update: This place is overrun with cats. The park management doesn't seem to give a shit about doing anything about it. The "playground" is broken and is a major safety hazard. But I doubt they'll fix it. Maintenance never fixes anything. Been here 7 years and still regret moving here. Don't move here unless you want cats peeing all over your outside belongings, hearing cats mating all night, being harassed about the "upkeep" of your yard.
