My whole family goes to Brookfield Dental Care and they are amazing! They take their time, always answer their phones, make it easy to make appointments, and send text reminders too. Very friendly people and clean location too.
The best of everything and so personable. Highly recommend for adults and kids.
The dental staff are amazing! My hygienist and dentist were amazing to both myself and my child! The front desk staff; not so much! When I called to make the appt they let me know that Delta was no longer in network, I had no problem because I like the staff that much. After the appointment she tells me I have to pay nearly $800!!!! Huh!?!? Because it’s out of network I have to pay in advance and be reimbursed by Delta…. At what point was I going to be told that??
