The dental staff are amazing! My hygienist and dentist were amazing to both myself and my child! The front desk staff; not so much! When I called to make the appt they let me know that Delta was no longer in network, I had no problem because I like the staff that much. After the appointment she tells me I have to pay nearly $800!!!! Huh!?!? Because it’s out of network I have to pay in advance and be reimbursed by Delta…. At what point was I going to be told that?? My wife and I see Julia for our dental cleanings, she is wonderful!! The entire staff has always been very professional and kind. Very clean and beautiful office. 10/10!
Earlier today, Dr. John Lundgren performed a partial extraction of a molar tooth for me. I'm 74 years old and I've had dental work done quite a few times in the past. Dr. Lundgren is the most careful, gentle, skillful and thoughtful dentist I have ever met. For example, when he gave me an injection of Novocain, I didn't even feel the needle going in.
