Brookfield Auto Care Inc is great Great experience. I drop off my vehicle, I get a call w/ the problem, a $ amount & when it'll be done. Later I pick up my car, pay said amount, car fixed. No 2-3 times, more & more money each time. All 4 cars, every time.

Nice people, but be weary of Rip-off I was having problems with my car and this was the first place I took it. After Mike had my car overnight, and charged me for a diagnostic, he told me the following: 1) I had a leak in my nearly-new water pump 2) my distributor needed to be replaced (and it would cost$ 300 just for the part) 3) my rear-brake drums were warped 4) my plugs and wires currently installed in the car were excellent quality and in great shape--even though I was suspect of their quality upon installation a couple... read more

BIGGEST RIP OFF I HAVE EVER BEEN TO Do yourself a big financial favor and do not go to Brookfield Auto Care. Mike lies, lies, all the while trying to seem confident and nice. I agree with "me y" reviewer below, they rip you off. Perhaps, he only rips off women, or perhaps, the male reviewer is just one of his friends pretending to be a past customer. He quoted me $618.00 just to put a new flex pipe in. Told me it would take 2-3 hrs to put it in, when other places told me 1 hr. He told me when I just happened to come in to se... read more

Short version: At best, this is a place where you take your car to get the oil changed or a flat fixed and they just bit off more than they could chew. At worst these people are absolute crooks. In either case, the service level is questionable and they operate without any sort of ethics.
