I moved here from Florida to be closer to my kids. Tina had answered all my questions without hesitation. She took the time out of the busy day she has and was very professional. I took a tour placed a bid and it was excepted. I had just arrived in Ohio and bought my home within a week and closed on it in a short period of time. I can't than Tina enough. She was great!!!
Dirty, messy. Needs infrastructure upgrades and rules and or enforced to clean the place up.
