Purchased a home in Gahanna Brookeood built that leas than 2 years old back in 2019. Small neighborhood and they built almost all the houses. Furnace undersized for the house and would not cool the upstairs, all the sliding closet would not stay on the tracks, 2 separate plumbing leaks in the walls, amd several other issues. The very first time I met Doug Maddy, I knew I could rely on him to build my dream home and he did, it’s gorgeous!! He gave us personal attention all the way. He is a fantastic builder and his site manager Mike is amazing-very detail oriented, prompt in response and professional. Even after moving in, Mike is only a text away! We built a new home with Brookewood & moved in 18 months ago. The construction process was pleasantly smooth & there were no “surprises” along the way. Doug & Mike did exactly what they promised every step of the way. We are very pleased with the quality of the home. In all honesty, the quality probably exceeds our original expectation. We believe that the value of the home greatly exceeds the construction cost. Overall it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience & we would definitely build with them again
Just had a new semi-custom home built by Brookewood construction! All of the Brookewood staff, from sales and design through the entire construction process was very responsive and accomodating. They really worked with us to create our ideal floorplan and their unique design process allows for complete customization of interior finishes. We are very pleased with our beautiful new home!!!
