Mike was suppose to repair siding he had installed spring of 2022. These are the photos of the repairs that were done. Screws, silicone and spray paint doesn’t repair poor installation. Siding trims still falling off etc horrible job. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Use anyone else. These pictures are after the repairs.

Sept. 26/22. 10am I just experienced a Brookside Exteriors truck nearly rear ending me on Hwy 16A in a 100 kmh zone! Travelling east I pulled into the left lane to pass a vehicle when the BC truck pulled right up behind me…..so close I could not see his grill in my rear view mirror and even covered part of his vehicle hood emblem(it was a flat front large cargo truck)! Mike came early April 2021 to assess the repair job at our new build. Here we are at the end of October and still a no show. I spoke to him again in early August about when we could expect the work to be done and he said he hoped to have it completed by the end of that month. That did not happen. Two subsequent texts inquiring about what was up went unanswered. I realize staffing is an issue, but not responding to inquiries is an inexcusable and unprofessional attitude.
Mike is easy and honest to deal with the quality of work is top notch executive.
