Very friendly, helpful and informative. We had a few things that needed to be addressed and Mr. Brooke's was more than helpful to lend a hand.
My Mother was referred to Mr. Brooks from Fred Emmerling who was her own attorney but said Emmerling said he was too busy to help my mother at the time. Mr. Brooks not only failed to keep in touch with my mother but seemingly intentionally ignored her and and failed to deliver any aid unless she continually contacted him. Finally when she received a very tardy document that he promised her, he told her to pick up said document and BRING A CHECK!!!
