I’ve been training with Brooke since 2015. Brooke and her team are fantastic at what they do, great variety of workouts and support provided. Recommend to all varieties of fitness levels

I have been doing classes with Brookes Fitness for a couple of years! The classes are always challenging and never repetitive! The best part is how lovely Brooke is with my kids ♥

I have been doing Brooke's Rise and Grind Bootcamp with Deb and honestly recommend others who was to see results or to improve their health and fitness to sign up. It's a great way to start the day feeling strong and energised.

I have been training with Brooke Fitness since 2017, started with her night bootcamp classes, then mum and bubs, add few semi-PT group sessions, strength and yoga class. Love every class as it's always different exercises everytime.
