Had a fantastic time! Juliana was amazing and got me into the perfect dress on my first visit. The staff is kind, supportive, and super friendly, and were extremely accommodating of our service dog in training! There's a great, varied selection without feeling overwhelming, and Juliana did a great job listening to my very disjointed stream of consciousness about my likes and dislikes and found the PERFECT dress. I'm so excited and can't wait to wear it next year for my wedding!
Absolutely amazing customer service! I happened to be in the area and called them to see if a particular veil I have been looking for was in stock for me to see in person. I didn't need a full bridal appointment, but that did not stop the team from giving me special treatment- full of smiles, picture taking and answering all of my questions. Whether you have a large group or are going by yourself, this team will give you a wonderful experience. Thank you for your kindness!
