From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable, welcomed, and truly special. She paid close attention not only to what I was saying, but also to the conversations I was having with my girls who came with me. Had a 5-star experience at Brooke's Bridal & Ball! Ended up finding the absolute perfect dress for me (not pictured! hehe but was the first dress I tried on -- off the sale rack, no less!!), and was sooo happy with my experience. Kellita was wonderful and so helpful, and the whole thing felt seamless! Got an amazing deal on the dress of my dreams and felt pampered the whole appointment! Run, don't walk!! 👰🏻♀️❤️ OH, and they offer a 10% military discount, which is AWESOME!
My daughter and I had an appointment at Brooke's today and had a wonderful experience! She got personal attention for the whole appointment, and the consultant really listened to her and helped her find the perfect dress. They had a great number of dresses to choose from, including all different kinds of accessories. I highly recommend this shop.
I had the most amazing appointment with Courtney! She made me feel so comfortable throughout my time there while also checking in on how I was feeling. Brooke's Bridal also had a wide selection of dresses! I will be recommending Brooke's Bridal and Courtney!
