Joel never showed up, no explanation. Waited 2 weeks and moved appointments around to be home, dissapointed. This was after being rescheduled to ensure he could be there. Would have been nice if they could at least ring to let me know he would not be in attendance instead of me waiting all day. Admin staff are nice, thats the 1 extra star.

Weak designs for landscaping. They make the changes upon your request by their design is not creative and strong. The waiting time and pace of the design progress is tooo long. took more than 2.5 months for a small design.
