Saw Dr.Rider on a Monday with ear being clogged she told me to do Flonase and if not better by Thursday to message her. So Thursday it was no better I messaged her as requested it has been a week today and still haven’t heard from her.
Dr. Rider is a gem. Gets back to you quickly when needed. Great bedside manner.
Dr. Rider is the most talented, kind, and knowledgeable doctor that I've ever had! She always takes the time to ensure that I understand everything about my health issues. She thoroughly and thoughtfully answers all of my questions.
This woman is a terrible doctor! Especially when dealing with the elderly and for people with chronic conditions.
She is an absolutely terrible doctor! she should be out of practice! My poor grandmother can’t even get her insulin refilled because she on stupid vacation and doesn’t have a doctor or nurse on call to answer her calls.We been trying to contact and get through to her for over a week now!! So thanks to her my Grandmother has no insulin! If something happeneds to her we are suing her! Also the front desk people are really rude!
