I have had good experiences with Dr Rider, she’s direct and listens to me and my needs - once I get past the front desk area- her nurses and herself have always been professional and caring
This doctor has horrible bedside manner and has zero business working with the elderly. She has no compassion. Please, if you are elderly or have a serious chronic condition seek out another physician.
Saw Dr.Rider on a Monday with ear being clogged she told me to do Flonase and if not better by Thursday to message her. So Thursday it was no better I messaged her as requested it has been a week today and still haven’t heard from her.
Dr. Rider is a gem. Gets back to you quickly when needed. Great bedside manner.
