We stayed here while working with some folks in Artesia, and the people were nice at first, but charged us quite a bit on electricity and when we left here; and spoke with them about the circumstances of our departure, they were rude and hateful, and charged my credit card without my authorization. Actually deceptively got the information honestly, when they agreed with the financial arrangement made, so they lied on top of it! Crowded parking, they put in like sardines in a can. Pool was closed most of the time. Spotty WiFi. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Huge waste of money.

I've never seen a campground with so many things to do! They have restaurants, playgrounds, giant inflatable pillows to jump on, pool, water slides, horseback riding, hiking trails, rental cars available and more! Very clean, both the showers and laundry facilities.

Very clean rv park. Pool, bikes, outdoor movies and dog area. Clean showers/bathrooms. Nice shade and grass. We only stayed one night on our way to Royal Gorge.

Clean campgrounds, rude staff. Definately need to take a workshop on customer relations. Juding by the other poor reviews, across, yelp and facebook this KOA's staff clearly has a problem.

The person camping with me was injured at your camp ground. When reported to the manager she was rudely asked if she needs some ice and showed her to the door. The door closed quickly behind her. The lack of customer service, concern and empathy towards your guests is appalling. The professional response is to file an incident report, she was offered the door instead. If an incident report had been completed you would be aware of how she was injured and take precautions to insure other guests are not injured. I'm more than d... read more

We have stayed in over 40 KOA's, over the years. This was the very best of the best. Wonderful staff, beautiful surroundings, great area for our pets, wild turkeys, beautiful waterfall and cute campground goats, Vinney and Frankie. The bathrooms and showers were pristine. Lots of place to hang clothes to keep them dry, showers had handrails to hold to keep one from slipping, grounds were clean and easy to navigate. Love you Grants Pass.
