I hate to leave negative reviews because I know most people only leave reviews when they are negative, but I feel Skurupey really failed to listen to what I was saying, which is pretty frustrating because I went to her because my normal provider (another Kootenai NP who is wonderful!) was on maternity leave and I was in a lot of pain and couldn't wait for her to come back and so I called and made an appointment to see "whoever else was available".
