Dr. Ritter is kind and compassionate and answers any questions you may have. She takes time to address your concerns.
I am a new patient. When I called and ask if they take Medicare, they said yes. When I went in, I had to pay for the office visit. They said Medicare did not cover office visits. I was angry that I wasn't told that at the time of making the appointment. Shame on them and shame on me I guess. The doctor and staff were pleasant.
From Missy and Cindy at the front desk to Dr. Brooke Ritter and her nurse, my visit was a five star experience. Everyone involved was so compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and professional.
Love, love, love Dr. Ritter. She’s like a part of my family now! I’ve been seeing her since my 20’s and I’m in my 40’s. She’s quick, knowledgeable, friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. I’m now taking my teens to her 🩷
Worst medical office I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you need them to call you back for lab results or to answer a question, they will not. They have conveniently displaced my insurance claims for each visit. When I talked to the insurance company thinking they may not have sent it to the drs office, they provided me with proof that they did and I would then have to email the claim EOB to the drs office while on the phone to confirm recipe.
