All Ultrasound Technologies are grumpy and miserable. My wife is pregnant went for ultrasounds. They don’t want you to ask question and they are not friendly and grumpy. Seen like they very hate their job. Or they aren’t happy seeing pregnant women.
Had a great experience with my dating ultrasound. Front desk and the Sonographer were polite, and I was seen pretty fast as I had an appointment set up. Left happy and satisfied with service at Brooke.
I wish this place go out of business with its BS policies and practices. If I can give zero star I would. There are other MSP covered radiology clinics than this place. Vote with your choices people. They have bad review for a reason. *Edit: For all those still visiting, please ensure to get your Sonographers' first and last name. You can file a complaint to CPSBC (College of Physician and Surgeons of BC) and DAP (Diagnostic Accreditation Program).
