Excellent service, quick, efficient
I visited Brooke Radiology for a pelvic ultrasound as my doctor recommended. The reception staff were great; everything was organized, and I didn’t have to wait long. I was called in quickly. However, the female technologist, who was of Asian descent, was extremely rude during the internal exam. After the ultrasound, she told me to empty my bladder and come back, but when I returned, her attitude was already harsh. I urge everyone who had traumatic experiences here to file a **formal complaint with the CPSBC and DAP** to demand actual changes in Richmond's radiology services. I had a heartbreaking experience at this clinic involving pregnancy loss. Their lack of professional communication and human empathy is appalling. I was not offered any image on that day so I called ahead specifically to ask if I could obtain an ultrasound image as a record of my babies. I explicitly mentioned there was no heartbeat. Walked in for an xray this morning and the staff were so friendly and accomodating. In and out in 15 minutes! I don’t know what all these negative reviews are about! They were lovely!
My husband has a heart condition and he spoke on the phone with a female employee from Brooke Radiology, who, you could tell was already in a bad mood and very impatient. She was passive aggressively threatening to hang up on him and to not complete his appointment confirmation because he couldn't locate the information on the referral / lab sheet fast enough even though he asked her to just give him a few seconds to locate what information he needed on the sheet.
