all the staff were really sweet and made me feel comfortable!
I went in last week for my son's broken finger! The X-ray showed a broken finger. They refused to send the imaging to the dr that requested the X-ray and therefore the dr had no idea how bad it was. 9 days later at our specialist/surgen they still would not send the xray. The specialist said if she had seen how bad it was they would have brought us in right away to fix it before the bone bonded back. I agree with previous Kaur’s comments, the front desk is lack of training about how to treat patients, they should have the knowledge and EQ to sit there, many conflicts were triggered by them!
Extremely rude staff.
I had an appointment at this clinic for a regular ultrasound. The doctor/technician who performed my ultrasound was very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable during the exam, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was the complete opposite. The receptionist (Indian girl) on duty didn’t greet me at all and spoke in a dismissive, impatient tone, which made me feel unwelcome, like I was bothering her just by checking in.
