Person who called to schedule an appointment is very impatient and did not clearly explain what I needed to know. And when I tried to clarify the information she said “like I said earlier…” but she didn’t actually tell me what I needed to know, she just implied things and assumed I would understand the procedure. Got very ugly towards the end of the call.
The mammogram technician was extremely kind, gentle, patient, and professional. She made the experience much more comfortable, and I really appreciated the way she treated me. The staff who helped arrange my appointment were also very helpful and willing to do their best to accommodate and support me. I am very grateful for their kindness and professionalism. "I had an ultrasound recently with Dr. Val, he was great. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. He explained everything clearly and was very gentle. I really appreciate how good he was, He made the whole experience much easier, and I left feeling very positive."
