Had a very pleasant experience. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. They also made an effort to move my 3 scattered appointments throughout the day to all get done within an hour.
I had a pretty disappointing experience with the receptionist at Brooke Radiology. I called with a simple question and didn’t feel like I was treated with much respect. I was speaking politely and professionally, but the tone I got back felt quite rude and dismissive. At one point I was even asked how old I was, which came across as quite condescending given I was just trying to get basic information. It honestly made the interaction feel uncomfortable and unnecessary.
Had a wonderful experience here both times I was there. Once for an x-ray and another time for an ultrasound. Everyone was respectful and professional and prompt. Got everything I needed and felt very comfortable overall. Not sure why there's so many many 1 star reviews 😶
I had a very frustrating experience trying to inquire about a breast ultrasound referral. In the morning, one staff member reviewed my requisition and explained that the location of the breast finding was not specific enough. She suggested that if I could obtain my previous ultrasound report, even in another language, they could help review it. At the time of making the appointment, the receptionist had a very poor attitude. She pretended not to understand what I was asking for.She spoke in a very harsh and hurtful way. I can’t help but think that this person must have gone through a lot of unfortunate experiences in life.
