The x-ray technician who did my mammogram was so kind and friendly. This is not my favorite thing to do so I really appreciate her taking the time to ensure I was comfortable.
The Representative ：No booking appointment on the phone. Email ONLY! Then when I only need to confirm the email address that she gave, the Representative reply Very Rude attitude to show her patience and Hang Up the phone . 😡😤🤬
Very bad experience with x-ray technician (short, senior woman). She was rude, impatient and dismissive when I didn't understand her through her mask and tricky accent. She showed zero self-awareness about how people might have trouble understanding her for the reasons mentioned above. Overall, I felt rushed and unwelcome. My partner had better luck with the male technician who took his x-rays and had an opposite experience from mine. So, the lack of professionalism and basic good manners seemed specific to her.
Don’t waste your time going here on Saturday’s for X-ray. They do not do it on this day and no where on the site this information is included.
The receptionist at Brooke Radiology Kingway, Burnaby location should be fired by her super impatient and arrogant attitude.
