Do not schedule any of your time to see this provider. The worst experience I have ever had at any medical office. I have spent months trying to get my medical record accurately recorded and ro have false information noted in it removed and honestly documented. Not one single time did Ms. Chamberlain reach out to me post first and only visit to have a conversation with me to acknowledge the concern and try to rectify the situation with integrity and a commitment to patient care.
