I contacted the office on three separate occasions as a prospective client and left messages each time with the receptionist. Unfortunately, I did not receive a return call. Due to the lack of response, I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere. I hope this feedback highlights an opportunity to improve communication and follow-up with potential clients.
