Ultimate elegance
The staff were highly effective in addressing my concerns. However, the wait time to be seen was longer than anticipated. Additionally, I found it unhelpful that the directions provided were unclear and contained incorrect information, such as the wrong street number, which made navigating between buildings challenging. My appointment was scheduled for 1:15, but due to delays, it concluded after 5:45.
