A+++ Realtor! You will not find a better realtor than Brooke and her assistant, Brittany! From the onset, Brooke outshined her peers! Brooke prepared a detailed market analysis and marketing plan to guide us through the sale of our townhome. As we were remote, Brooke and Brittany were by our side through every step! My wife and I had the most wonderful experience with Brooke and her team! From day one she was engaged and working diligently to get us in a home. I can’t thank or recommend Brooke and her team enough. Brooke has now helped my wife and I find and close on 2 properties. With our most recent transaction, getting our bank to play nice with the seller’s required multiple amendments to our initial contract. Without Brooke’s attention to detail, promptness and excellent communication, I feel like the deal would have fallen through, but, we closed and all parties were happy with the result.
