Brooke is an amazing realtor! Our purchasing process was much more complex than normal: we fell in love with a mixed use property with out of state sellers and an uncommunicative sellers agent. Brooke's advice was critical along the way as there were many times the entire deal could have collapsed. First, she coached us through negotiations and saved us 30k on the asking price.
