The staff has a revolving door. There are always new staff members they can’t keep anyone anymore. They continued scheduling me appointments after I advise that I no longer had insurance. They check the insurance and still require me to show. Did not cancel the appointment(s). I advise that I would call when I secured insurance. When I called I was told I was dropped as a patient when. So I decided to just go as a new patient and start all over so that I can avoid conflict. Excellent Doctors, professional staff
Dr. Halpern is the BEST PCP I've had, ever. She listens to any concern that I have, and genuinely cares for her patients. I've referred anyone and everyone that will listen to her.
Dr. Halpern was very thorough and helpful. She’s a blessing! I feel encouraged every time I see her no matter how I feel physically. The staff in the office are very helpful and kindhearted.
