Dr. Brooke Halpern was a knowledgeable doctor however her biggest downfall was putting stock into her receptionist’s lies who worked at her office. My appointment at that time was a virtual appointment where the earliest appointment was 3 weeks out. I kept it despite I was in so much pain from my left hip that the only relief I had, was being bedridden. Truly one of the best. Dr. Halpern is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and makes you know and feel that you’re not “just another name on a chart”. The whole office is amazing. Her PA Ellen is amazing. All the nurses and techs are amazing. The employees at the front desk are kind and helpful. Everyone there sits down with you, looks you in the eye, listens, makes suggestions, double checks things “just to be safe”, and I have never once felt rushed or like I was taking up anyones time. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Halpern. From day one, she’s made me feel truly heard and cared for. She always takes the time to listen, never rushes, and somehow always knows exactly what’s going on.
