Informative, compassionate, personable
I am extremely frustrated with the handling of my appointment with Dr. Cole. I scheduled this visit a month ago and was very much looking forward to it, as I’ve heard wonderful things about Dr. Cole’s care. A week prior to my appointment, I received a call from the office informing me that I needed to speak with billing due to an unpaid balance.
